tomtom one sd card

When I use explorer I can not see the SD card in my tomtom one. Can anyone assist?

Here's how it works on my One: When the SD card is inserted, I see the card contents in Windows Explorer. However, when I remove the card, I see the contents of the internal memory instead.

if I connect without the sd card in the tomtom, the device will not connect

In tomtom V1 is there no internal memory?
