i have the above device, i am off to Tenerife shortly and i wanted to use it over there, however i can not seem to find Tenerife on it, can you help?

What is the map you have installed on your unit?

If it is Western_Eurpoe, try Navigate to-->And in the screen for city, make sure the proper country flag is showing on top right.
