Tomtom go520 traffic rds not working

I got go520 lifetime traffic device.
My rds receiver was working well first few years. It stopped working 2 years back. Now when connected it start showing the traffic bar after some time,sometime doesn't show anything. I have the latest version update. It is the jack type pin connector. Is it the problem of the antenna? Is the USB type antenna suitable for the 520 model? Which version is suitable for go520 model? Thanks

When you first start the unit with the combo antenna/car charger attached, does the unit recognize the existence of the rds antenna?

No it isn't recognise

But a few caveats:
1. It's being shipped from the US
2. The connection diagram shown is NOT for this model
3. Make sure the one you choose is NOT with a MICRO tip
