TomTom Go 940 Live restart every minute

Hello. I've got Go 940 Live restarting every minute. There is similar cases posted all over the Internet but nothing like this. Live subscription is expired. When in Flight mode it does not restart. I think it has problem receiving GPS signal as well. I've tried everything posted like switching Bluetooth off, fresh software installation and so on but nothing helps. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Thank you

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds unless your model has a dedicated reset hole.

I've tried that and bunch of other "fixes" but nothing works. It looks like when it connects to Live services it restarts. It's saying "Not connected" and few seconds later restarts.
