I have the iphone. Will it work with the tomtom 720? How about my ipod in my phone. How do I get it to work? THanks

The RDS-TMC receiver you mention is only for the traffic. The price includes the first year of subscription for the service. Since it uses FM radio signals to pick up the service, the phone is not involved in the traffic service. The weather feature would require the phone. Weather subscription right now has no cost.
