Tom Tom Battery

Hi,
I'm having problems finding a battery for my TomTom One XL HD Traffic. My battery has FIVE wires connected to the 5-pin connector i.e 2 Red wires , 2 Black wires and 1 Yellow wire. The label on the battery has the follwing information
Type = KI Battery
Cell = Maxell ICP803443
Capacity = 1350 mAh
F73902814
Made In China

Uptil now all the batteries I've found are with a 3 pin connector with 3 wires, 1 red, 1 Black & 1 Yellow.
Does anybody know if by soldering the wires of the same colours of the old battery to the new battery will work ?

All the Live equipped units use a five pin battery connector, there is nothing stopping you joining the old five pin plug to the three wires keeping the colour codes consistant then tape up the joints - Mike
