Tom Tom 930 not all green bar in battery

It seems when I charge the battery full on my Tom Tom 930, the amount charged green bar is about 6/8 charged which means about 2/8 of it on the left hand side is white colour. So is it I will never get it 8/8 charged so it will never show full solid green bar battery ?
No matter how long I charge it for still stay at 6/8 charged.
Is this normal or is the battery going bad or what ?

With application 8.351, I never see a full battery charge here, either.

Does it say full with other application version ?

What you are seeing with the charge status indicator is quite normal, I won't say its correct (IMHO) but it is working as the manufacturer intends - Mike

it says full with app 8.302
