got a question id like help on
say i want to go to a particular business for example and address is unknown,can i put in say ''valley view mall' and get directions or is a address necessary?

If the folks at TT have included it in the POI (Point of Interest) list, then yes, absolutely. True for all major attractions and businesses.

Navigate to
Point of Interest
Near you / town name (select Roanoke)
Search POI
Valley View (probably enough)

see if it finds it for you.
