Stopped searching for places?

I have been using the 'Old' MyDrive route planner on my laptop for a couple of years now, and synch via wifi to my Rider 500.
Suddenly today, when I type in a place name it does not search and come up with alternatives based upon the typed in partial/complete name.

The app on my phone still searches (but I find the app not as easy to use as the PC version) and also the Beta route planner still searches (but for the life of me I cannot find the 'plan a round trip' feature on the Beta version - and 99% of my plans are for round trips).

Anyone have any idea why the MyDrive planner has stopped searching????

Which of the two MyDrive sites are you using? There are two versions possible at the moment.

https://mydrive.tomtom.com/en_gb/
and
https://plan.tomtom.com/en/

At present, I am having no problems entering search names on either site.

You are missing the point somewhat. The 'Round trip' feature gives you a single route/track which uses different roads for the return trip to the outward trip

Thanks, canderson; I am using the first.... and now it seems to be working again!!! The only thing I have done is updated the wifi drivers which I wouldn't expect to cure the issue, so perhaps it was just a temporary aberration....

Anyone know if there is or is going to be a 'round trip' option on the Beta planner?
