Traffic Stopped Working

Driving a familiar road with a traffic camera but no warning, happened for others, check support and there was a banner saying traffic now solved.

If the updates are downloaded to the device, how does a problem at tomtom affect the device reporting existing locations?

Would be problematic if driving in a new area.
