Startup image change

Hello, I write from Italy. I have an old Start 52 model (bought in 2016). Since I would like to install it permanently in my car, I would like to replace the startup image with the car logo. But, my Tomtom is not seen by the PC as a memory card, it can only be accessed through MyDrive Connect App and there is no way to make such a change. Is there anyone who ca help me in this trouble? On a Start 52 it is not possible to add a car icon or a startup image.
