start-up problems

I can't get my TomTom to start up after it was left at my daughter's apartment without being used for a month...can anyone help?

Is the battery fully charged? Try connecting to a power source (computer or AC charger) for a few hours and try again.

you may want to use the reset button underneath with a good straight pin not a ball point or similair .. it has to get in deep ..
for a good reset try at least 30 seconds ..
