There is still a problem with the handfree not working. I am not the only one with a 720 thats having the issue. my phone btw is a Motorola V3 RAZR. heres what tomtom wrote to me:

I would be happy to assist you in this matter and my goal is to offer you an exceptional customer experience. We wish to inform you that this issue is being addressed by TomTom Development. TomTom feels that this pairing and microphone issue can be resolved through a software update. There is no set time frame for this application to be offered. I wish I could advise you on the best course of action for your needs. Will the update be available before your exchange period is over? I can not say.

I have a TT720, Ive paired my phone with the TT720 about 100 times, it works for a few minutes then fails later. I need to be one inch from the TT720 microphone in order for the other end to hear me, anything further, and the other side gets 10 percent of what I said. The bluetooth phone feature does not work.
