Silly question: How to sign up for traffic in the US?

Now that the trial is over, I've come back a couple of months later, and I'm trying to 'buy' traffic for here in the USA. But, I can't seem to in HOME unless I "show all" options. And those don't show the USA as a country they support.

Should I just pay the $55 bucks, and hope it works, or am I missing something?

Traffic is supported in the USA but not country wide. You'd best call TT Support to verify your area and arrange for purchase with Support.
