Restoring TT error

I got a TT Go720. I was restoring my TT GO 720 and an error ocurred . I received an error message from the computer.
Now I can not iniciate TT and it is not recognized by the computer in order to use Home and do the restoring again.
Anyone knows what I should do to have it up and running again?

I don't suppose you had an Explorer backup, do you? We suggest never using Home for backups or restores.

Anyway, try a pin reset on the unit and connect to the computer again. See if that helps.

With the normal reset it did not work.
I had to format TT and use the back-up .
No it works.
You are completely right. We should not use Home for back up and restoring.
