Repeated download Icon

I have a TT 1535 TM and after I download any updates, the next time I turn on my computer the same download(update) is there waiting for me even though I already downloaded it.
How do I get rid of this situation? Thanks for any info.

It's a bug in the MyTomTom software. TT is aware of the issue.

Thanks for clearing that up. The same thing actually happened to me a few months ago and I was able to to contact a TT rep by phone. After 15 minutes of attempts to rectify problem the TT rep advised me to remove the My TomTom app from my computer and re-install it. At that time it worked but I tried it again this time and it didn't work it. Thank for the info!!:thumb:
