ok so i live in MN and today was kinda cold my tomtom ONE was working just fine, i come back to my truck a few hours later and i turn it it on the screen is all blue with some white lines going threw it and it wont shut off ! could this be cause i turned it on when it was super cold out or ??? help please
 
It could very well be......

Take it inside and let it warm up. Also, you may wind up with a moisture problem. Put the unit in a bowl of uncooked rice for 48 hours to suck out the moisture.
