Really getting frustrated

My 510 won't shut off. I was restoring and came back in when it was done and now it won't turn off. I have tried sticking a paperclip in the hole on the front to reset it, but there doesn't seem to be anything there. Help

If paperclip reset isn't working, then it looks like your unit is defective should be exchange for another one.

I had this problem with my first ONE.

1. make sure you are in the right hole on your 510
2. Press and hold the power buttone while you are resetting. hold for 10-15 seconds...

Yes, make sure you are using the reset button and not the hole for the microphone!

As fanchee mentioned, the hole in the front is the microphone. So you may find that doesn't work anymore!

The reset button is underneath, at the back, behind the docking connector.
