hi everyone ,have a problem with my go 300 ,did an update from tomtom now my sat nav wont aknowledge it has a sd card in it or that its connected to the pc help please

Try a pin reset. If your model does NOT have a reset hole, hold the power button for about 20 seconds. Do the reset (whichever method your unit uses) with the card in and again with the card out of the unit.
