[PROBLEM] About safety camera on tom-tom One

hi guys, i just bought a tom-tom one and it came with the safety camera. The first time bought this and used it straight away, the safety camera worked. As i knew about tom-tom home, i plugged in my device to my computer along with the tom-tom home software, it updated or backed up something. From then on, i couldn't be able to use safety camera. The safety camera service is actually on my device but the following message pops up. When i went through "Tomtom services", then i saw "tom-tom safety cameras", i then pressed that but a message came up saying
"tom-tom safety cameras, warns you about safety cameras on your route.
You can join this service and download safety camera locations to your device using Tom Tom Home."
as i saw this message, i went straight to tom-tom home, but i couldn't find my solution on it. could anyone help me?
