Normally GO 5350 Truck and a GPS designed for trucks have you contacted Webfleet the GO 5350 is sold by Telematics.

Thanks! According to this, the device is not recognized by My Drive Connect! But I can't transfer my own places and saved trips to the Pro 5350 either. Or is there another solution to copy my own locations via SD card from the GO 620?

I'm not sure, it seems to me that the GO 5350 is not compatible with Mydrive connect?

But I could be wrong.
