Pre-installed voices not pre-installed?

When I set the language to Indonesian, I was referred to the screen where you can select voices. There I can find two Indonesian voices, Budi and Irene, but they are both greyed out, unlike the others...

How can I enable the Indonesian "pre-installed" voices? I already tried googling to download the .vif and .chk files, but I didn't find any

Do you have the Indonesian map selected? (Is there one to select)?

Did you try a drum reset by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds?

Oh do the voices come with the maps? I only have the European maps installed, not the Indonesian ones. Is there any way I could enable Indonesian voices anyway?

I didn't try the drum reset yet.

No, the voices aren't associated with the maps. I was just curious. Did you make the call?
