Plan.tomtom - missing items

Logged in today and all "My Items" have disappeared - I had 20+ saved routes & 10+ saved places, but they've all gone - nothing there!

Check that you are connected to Mydrive with the correct login credentials for your Tomtom account.

Also try resetting the device to factory defaults and then reconnecting with the correct credentials.

Thanks - starting the Route Planner from MyDrive fixed it - I have my items back
(never needed to do that on the old route planner, though)
Another thing - I'm having to re-login every time I sync a route - it's very irritating

Hello - similar issue here - saved many 'My Places' and this morning noticed quite a few (but not all) are missing. They are also missing on mydrive.tomtom.com. I have not deleted them. Baffled. Any ideas?

Hello, yes - the app is synched to MyDrive and have been using it for approximately 6 years saving destinations to 'My Places' and receiving the confirmation message that the destination was saved there - in the past I have revisited those places (mainly airports around the UK) by recalling from 'MyPlaces' without an issue and the route loads. However I have noticed that some of the places saved have started to dissapear. Some of the places were saved in the last month, others were saved several months ago. I noticed because I visited a local location around 4 weeks ago - I normally find the location and add the place to 'My Places' at home before setting off. Then when in the car, I recall it from 'MyPlaces' which I did on this occasion. However, it and various others have mysteriously vanished. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same problem. A big bunch of my saved places is gone. I can still see them on my device. But plan.tomtom doesn't show them anymore.
