Unable to see my account on the Plan.TomTom website

When I logon to my account in the Plan.tomtom.com website, it doesn't show my account and keeps "Sign in" displayed in the top-right corner of the page. I get no sign in errors whatsoever, which I do when I purposely enter the wrong information. The regular TomTom page shows all my account info, but nothing on the "plan.tomtom" page. Even when i select "My Items", it directs me to sign in again and nothing gets displayed. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
 
Thanks, but that did not work. I still have the same problem. Thanks anyway. ;-)
 
did that too... tried with Safari, Chrome, and Edge. same issue. I created a different account and I have not problems at all with that one.
 
Same problem here. The plan.tomtom.com account worked perfectly fine about a week ago, then stopped working.

I enter email and password and cannot log in.

If I enter the incorrect password, it gives me an error message stating that fact.

If I try to create a new account with current email address, it complains that the there already exists an account with that email.

This tells me that the account is still there somehow, but not accessible.

Have tried multiple browsers, different computers, the iPhone app etc. - no luck.
 
BTW have been using TomTom for 5 years. I've got about 40 Routes saved on the MyDrive aka Plan online account. More than a bit annoying if my account is trashed.

If on plan-tomtom web no longer works, have you tried with the Mydrive application installed on your phone?
 
The account eventually "fixed itself" about 5 days later.

One thing I noticed - even when I couldn't login to the account, I could tell that the Routes were still there. I had saved one of the old Route URL's, and when I clicked on it, it took me right back to the trip I had planned. Shortly thereafter, the account "fixed itself."

Might be a coincidence.
