Operating From TT Home

In the past I've been able to Operate my 720 from Tom Tom Home. Recently it won't allow me to, I get the message "This function is not yet supported for your TomTom device or operating system." Anyone ever run into this issue before? Thanks.

Did you by chance upgrade to Navcore 8.010? If so, that's probably the reason. Try downgrading to 7.481 or, even better, 7.221.

If you did NOT upgrade and a pin reset does no good, a call to Support may be in order.
