Operate my go gone bye-bye... yet again

I just updated my 930 and now OMG does not work. It says "this feature is not supported by your device." Anyone else having this problem. Home version is 2.6.2.1586.

A .dll file is supposed to be downloaded to allow for the functionality to happen. You may wish to uninstall the version of home, reinstall and see if OMG works then.

Had the same problem...simple fix. Exit Home. Turn off and remove 930 from dock. Restart Home and reseat 930 in dock and connect to computer. Go to OMG...file should dl to enable feature.

I wish I could say that worked for me, but it did not. I get the same message about it not being supported by my device.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Home.
