One XL compatible w/ Verizon BB Storm

Have any of you been able to get a BB Storm (Verizon) to work with your One XL?

I noticed the antenna. If I purchase it, do I have to pay anything extra for the service. I see that TomTom traffic is $59.99. Is that on top of the antenna? Seems a bit much compared to the competition.

Ist year is included with the RDS antenna purchase. Then it's $59.95/yr after that.
