Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes. I have been a long term user of the TomTom on-line facility using Firefox. It's very handy for looking ahead before actually leaving home. For the last few days various parts of the screen have been taken over by various adverts whenever I click on somewhere to enter data (e.g. start and finish points). Is this a problem with my PC? It doesn't happen with any other website nor with any other program. I have tried using Google Chrome but the effect is just the same.

Can you provide the link to the site you use for the planning? Is it routes.tomtom.com? If so, I see no ads when I use IE9 and go there.

Fixed it!

Sorry to have confused anyone. This appears to have been caused by an Add-on to Firefox having somehow got installed. I have managed to remove this now and all appears to be well.
