Tomtom.com website crashed or offline

Yes, in process of updating but took 2hrs. Finally crashed and gave me message there is an error but will not affect my device. Now have 'No maps found' on device and there is no way to get any customer support at this time - USELESS!

I think last week they said they were going to do some maintenance on the server Saturday afternoon.
Take a forced brake, go to the pub and by the time the fog clears tomorrow all should be OK again. (Famous last words!)
Trying with Firefox it just times out.
