no satellite

just received a go 930 form e bay...i have tried many things including quick fix and latest updates...just cant get to fix with any satellite. on the satellite status page the top rh corner flag keeps on rotating but all the staus bars are blank.

Try a reset on the unit (reset hole is in the bottom) and then place the unit in a clear area with no obstructions from trees, buildings, etc. for perhaps 10-15 minutes or so.

Depending upon where in the world the unit was last turned on, it could take a while.

i have treid restting both with the button at the bottom and to the factoroy setting...waited a hours but no response....could it be a hardware malfunction........please help....this is stressing me out!!!!!!!

Well, try the Clear Flash tool found here. Install and run it 3 times while the unit is connected to the pc.

Then, try again for a satellite fix..................with a clear view of the sky. It should NOT take an hour, at the worst of times.

sadly installing clear flash tool doent help either. well...i think my satnav is busted...
