Because this is my third post, it's about time for an introduction.

Started with TT when the standalone One (I think) was new.
I loved classic ALG on that device and also on my Android.
A real shame they ditched it on v1.9 and later.

Is TT visting this forum? Do they for example read feature requests?

I believe that there are TomTom employees who occasionally read and comment on certain posts. However, to be completely honest, TomTom does not prioritize the needs of its users, as evidenced by their decision to close an entire community. They also do not genuinely listen to user feedback and desires, which I'm certain many users could provide extensive accounts of. The company's primary focus lies in serving institutional clients, such as car brands, rather than catering to individual end users. This is evident in their strategy of selling a few outdated satellite navigation devices with limited free features under new names, solely to generate profits.

I believe that there are TomTom employees who occasionally read and comment on certain posts.

We have no evidence of any current TomTom employees answering any posts here. We would, of course, have no way of knowing if they were only reading them.

@canderson You may lack evidence, but based on certain indications, such as the location and type of answers provided, I do believe that some TomTom workers read and reply here. However, I will not disclose any specific pseudonyms as it is not relevant to the topic at hand.
