I have had my tomto go 700 since it first came out about 5 years ago, this my seem some what lame but I have never successfully connected this to a pc for updates or anything. should have got this sorted previously but better late than never!!!

Whilst your map will be rather out of date if you are happy with the device and it does what you want I would leave it well alone, if you update it you could run the chance of some features not working as well as they did previously such as handsfree for the mobile phone - Mike
