new XL 350T is frozen

Hello,

I am having some serious problems with my new device. Not sure what i did wrong, but my TT screen is frozen & will not shut off. this happened after i tried to connect to my laptop. i thing issue was that i had not yet downloaded tomtom home yet? anyway, how do i get this device unstuck?

Press and hold the on/ off button until the device reboots, does it start up correctly after the drum roll? - Mike

The XL350 uses the pin reset. Holding the power button won't reset it.

To reboot it, stick a paper clip in the hole marked "reset" on the bottom.
