New user needs help setting up

I have managed to get my bluetooth connected, but can't get the Go 720 to get my phone contacts from the phone. It tells me "this service not supported" when I press the screen icon.
has anyone else encountered this problem? Or more to the point, has anyone solved it?

Can you get your phones contacts list in to the computer and open it in "NotePad" use NotePad to edit the details in to the following format:

"V Andy/M","07123456789","DEFAULT"
"Mike B/M","07123456789","DEFAULT"
"Tim/M","07123456789","DEFAULT"
"Alix/M","07123456789","DEFAULT"
"Tony/W","01772812345","DEFAULT"
"Tony/M","07123456789","DEFAULT"

"Name/X", "NUMBER","DEFAULT"

X can be:

W = Work
M = Mobile
H = Home

Save the resultant list as "contacts.txt" (without the "") and put the file straight in to the contacts folder on the device, your phone book will now be available for use via the TomTom - Mike
