New user needs help with Tripmaster

Well I finally made it to a place I can talk TomTom. I have a One 140-s, I feel it was a good investment, but now I want it to do more, Route Tracking for one, I downloaded tripmaster 3, but I found no real evidence that it would work with my unit, hence I have not installed it yet, any input would be appreciated.
I bought my first GPS a Magellan merigreen, a long time ago, I would like my TomTom to have the option to behave similarly, I hope this is doable, mainly as previously stated it being able to track, so I can upload trip data into GPS Babel. Again any input is appreciated.

Tripmaster logfiles

Ok I installed tripmaster, it seems to work, I won't know for sure til tomorrow on my 25 mile commute.
Now I need to find out which is the best way to pull my GPX files from the unit, just move them like anything else in windows? or is there a better way?
