I have a GO 920 that has stopped recharging the battery and will not connect to the computer. This device was a replacement for a GO 910 the went south. I have a question into support. They ask me to try a soft restart. Which will do nothing. Also even with the GO 920 on the docking station the device will shutdown after a few minutes.
Question: Has any one had this problem?
