Where to buy a motherboard for TomTom One XL 4S00.008 ? No green LED charging light when plugged in with a charging cable (having tried different cable). Soldering a new micro USB connector might be too challenging.

No "official spares" are available AFAIK. As dhn says, your best bet is to find one on eBay with a broken screen or similar.

Just remember, it's the board where the serial number resides. That board may already have an account at TomTom, so any future map updates will be problematic since the serial number will be tied to some other email account. If you don't plan to update maps, it's no big deal, but you may be stuck with whatever level of map is already loaded on the unit.
