New maps Question

I have the tom tom 720 with the voice rec. software and map version 710.1584, software version 7.481. my question is if i upgrade to the 7.20 maps will i lose the voice rec.? thanks

The 7.481 restored the voice recognition to my 920 and the 7.20 map didn't change anything in that regard.

How can I get the 7.20 map. The GPS keeping saying that my current verion 7.15 is the latest.
Also, if there is a need to upgrade to 7.20 map.

If it has been longer than 30 days since you bought the 720, then you have to buy the new version of the maps. If it has been less than 30 days, call support and they can get the new maps to show up. Many people are reporting that they need to call support to get the 30 day latest map guarantee to work.
