New Map Garantee

Hello Everyone. I just got my first TomTom (a One 125) yesterday and have Home installed. When first installed Home, and when I go to "Latest Map Garantee", I'm told I have the most recent maps. As soon as I go the the home page, though, I get a box that says newer version fo my map are available and wants me to subscribe to the quearterly update service. How can I get the new maps free per the new map garantee?
