I found a few days ago a navigation related application that didn't seem interesting at that time, so I didn't bookmark it.
The basic idea was: one can attach images to GPS positions and when navigating nearby, the picture was showing up for a predefined time.
As far as I remember it was developed for PalmOS by an Italian developer.
Please reply if you know that application.
