Go 610
Unable to add TT Go 610 to Mydrive connect. Keeps telling me error and try again. Operating on Windows 10. Is this the problem? Just want to update before a journey to Germany.

Any help would be appreciated. So far unable to get help from TT customer care.

Spoke to them a few times. They have now failed to "call back" on two occasions so therefore I am hoping some further advice may come from this forum.

Could you make a screen print of the error messages you are getting and post them here.
Someone might recognise one or the other and remember how s/he got out of it.
 
Resolved. After third attempt TT Customer Care managed to fix it. Whatever the problem was I am happy that finally it has been done by customer care.
