GO 5100
I saw a post that said somebody managed to get in, but alas, it is not working again. "Our servers are very busy right now".

I've been trying now for DAYS, to get my wife's GO 5100 updated.

I have submitted a problem report.

When is this going to get fixed?

Just throwing a stone in the water from afar, have you tried deleting the contents of my drive's cache folder?

It's true that sometimes deleting the "HOME3" and "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...
If you installed MyDrive Connect to the default location using Windows 10
It's located here... C:\Users\"Your computer name goes here"\AppData\Local\TomTom > (HOME3 and MyDrive Connect folders)
Delete the Home3 and MyDrive Connect folders; they are more likely to be corrupted.
If you delete the Home3 and MyDrive Connect folders, it deletes the cache folder and contents,

Just to add some info about it, if you have the MyDrive Connect icon on the system tray (by the clock) in Windows, you may right-click on it, then click on "settings" (in Spanish is "Configuración", so it could be "Configuration") and then click again on the "Downloads" tab. There you should see the local path for downloads.

If someone is reading this to know about this, chances are it's the default path as Willy875 has mentioned but, in case it was changed and forgotten, there you have it.

Also, there's a button below to empty that cache folder right there, and I find it useful as it frees some GB's, as many as the maps you've installed in your device occupy (latest Europe map in my case is over 8GB).

Thanks, but no joy...
Thanks, but tried that. Killed MyDrive Connect, went and deleted both folders. Launched Connect. Logged in. Same issue. Exited. Launched fresh and now looking at the normal screen, except the login fields are missing and nothing is happening. Exited and ran again, but this time, window is blank!

Thanks for the extra tips, but please see my reply to Willy875... Still no good

Have you tried F5 (or Shift+F5) as in any browser?

It's a long time since last time I had this kind of trouble with MyDrive but I even had to install it again once or twice, but try reloading as a web browser.

Are you using a firewall or anything which might block sites? I've had the same problem, this site:

tags.tiqcdn.com

was blocked. Unblocking solved my problem. Question is why TomTom would insert a known tracking site and make it mandatory. Not sure if this complies with our privacy laws.
