Start 42 how to change email (in order to connect device to mydrive)

Hello,
I have bought this device to the former owner
I can't connect it "thru tomtom services/mydrive" because email is the one of the former owner, how can i change it?
I got a mydrive connect acount, it shows my device with the right serial number, i can connect it. PC to device : works, device to PC, impossible because of wrong loggin email.

Hi

You need to Factory reset the device and then re-enter your login credentials.

Caution Resetting the device to factory defaults erases your routes and saved POIs.
