One XLS Startup Screen - How To Change

I downloaded a startup screen (starship federation) from tomtom.com, and installed it on my Tomtom One XLS through My Tomtom. However, it doesn't appear during startup. What can I do to make it appear?

My Tomtom shows that it is installed on my unit.

TIA for any help.

Assuming your screen is 4.3", your replacement image should be renamed to splashw.bmp and placed in the root directory of the unit. (notice the 'w')

Your image should have been placed in the images folder on the unit and then, in startup preferences, you can select the image you want. Yours should show there as you cycle through the choices. Your image overwrites the exisiting startup image.
