Whenever I connect my XLS to the computer via TT Home, Windows always returns a message that errors were found on the disk, and I should scan it. I've always said no and continued on, but it takes forever to run the backup in preparation for the update. Is it safe to allow Windows to scan and fix the memory, or should I just leave it be?

This is the internal memory of the drive, there is no option of expansion memory for this unit.

Thanks,
