My XL N14644 is stuck in help menu

My TOMTOM is stuck in the help menu. Help! How do I get it out?

Try resetting the unit by holding the power button about 10 seconds till you hear the drum sounds if your model does not have a dedicated reset hole.

But........ what 'help' menu are you referring to?
