My One help

I need some help....I'm new to TT......so if this has been addressed b4 bear with me....anyway...when I try to use the "MyOne" on the TThome it says to activate my map...so I put in all the codes.....product code....activation code(that I got at ttcode.com) and it says that the code is not valid....has this happened to anyone else..or does anyone know how to fix it????

Hmm...when you don't use HOME, can you use the unit? i.e. it doesn't ask you to activate?

Try to use the Clear Flash tool

yes i can use the tt normally...just doesnt work fully with pc

ok well...installed the clear flash tool...still no good.....says my activation code is invalid........hmmmmm...dunno

Reinstall the application and see if that gets you anywhere.

Did you upgrade maps? Are you upgrading to a bigger SD Card?

Basically I just got my TTone..and installed the TTHome software and the first time i tried to use the "myone" feature it asked me to activate the map...so I got the activation code from ttcode.com like it said to but it will not accept it.I installed the clear flash tool as you suggested but it didnt change it still wont accept the code....I'm at a loss...if ican't get that feature to work it wont kill me but, as I understand it, you can use myone to plan trips and such from your pc.......

Basically I just got my TTone..and installed the TTHome software...

Did you install HOME from the device or CD? If so, I would remove it and D/L the latest version from the TT website. Then try again...

installed it from the CD.....will try to see if I have the latest version...thanks for the help

well updated my TTHome.....buts still not workin......looks like I might have to take a few days and wait on hold for 800 support....

well...it looks like my map needs updateing...acording to TT website.My boss bought 2 TT1's they were refirbished so I guess the maps and stuff were not current.......could be why I'm having my problems........... the only way to get updated maps is to buy them right?......well guess have to get my boss's check book out....lol
