Hi I have a rider 500 that has my drive installed on it also on my phone I have just purchased a cromebook when I try and load Mydrive it states this device is not compatible also takes a lot to find my drive app,has MyDrive been replaced with My Drive connect

Too many things named MyDrive ... we wish TomTom hadn't done that and we told them it would confuse people, but ...

MyDrive Connect is a PC app for managing major content on your device (maps, voices, etc.) and

MyDrive (app) for Android at the Play Store can also be useful for sending destinations and routes to your Rider. Bummer that it won't load on a Chromebook. That content can be sent from the app via BT to your Rider.

MyDrive (web) is for creating destinations, routes and favorites to send to your Rider using WiFi connected to TomTom's 'cloud'.

Since renewing my phone to a Samsung A33 5g the live traffic updates are very hit and miss.It keeps turning itself on and off on the sat nav.i have bluetooth tethering on and mobile hotspots on.I have also tried differing combinations of the two but none rectify my problems. Please has anybody found a solution!
