TomTom Rider 550
I have a TomTom Rider 550 and it tells me to download the app from the Play store. But it ain't there. My phone is a Samsung A12 with Version 13 Android. I mainly want to connect to the phone for traffic updates and to see who is calling me as I keep my phone in my pocket and don't use bluetooth in my helmet. Any ideas?

Just checked the Play Store using

tomtom mydrive app

and it was right at the top for me.

Canderson, No that doesn't happen with my phone but thanks anyway. And Jazz, you are on the right track. I followed your advice and, Bingo, something is working. Had to tick a lot of boxes but finally downloaded the app despite the warnings and now my phone and device are sort of talking. I will keep playing round with it and see how I go. But I reckon the app on the phone is all I need. Why did I buy the Rider? At least I got it very cheap from a friend and it came with 2 mounts, one for each bike. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, was responding from my phone, not my PC, and the phone version of the web page doesn't show country flags!
Not sure how Aus is being handled at the moment with regard to the app. I know that there are sometimes some region and phone limitations that need to be correctly set up on the Play Store for things to appear and be downloaded.

That said, and just for grins, I fired up an Australian server (Brisbane) on Nord, and looked again on my PC. It brought up the usual suite. Not that it matters at this point, but what happens if you visit https://play.google.com/store/games?device=windows on your PC from Australia?

Canderson, I clicked that link on my Widows 10 PC and saw the app. It said it would download it to my phone but I had it already on the phone after following Jazz's advice. Anyway it seems to work a bit but its complicated. Does not get any good reviews either. I think I'm ok now thanks.
