Missing voices

I only have one voice to select from. I installed two computer voices but they aren't playing. I've already moved my map to external storage.

Any suggestions on how to get them back? I tried to do a restore, but it kept saying that some volumes that were present during a previous backup are not there.

Do a pin reset. Sometimes it takes one after a voice install to get voices working.

If that doesn't work, the most common other reason is if you manually installed different applications/voice versions in the past to workaround stuttering. If so, do the following steps to erase and download new voices and the latest application. You may want to do a windows explorer backup first.

1) Use windows explorer and delete the Loquendo and voices folder. (both on the internal and SD card if present)
2) delete ttgo.bif in your root folder (both on the internal and SD if present)
3) reinstall the application by following these steps
4) try downloading voices again.
